What is the general premise of the video?
The general premise of the video is about how the bad use of technology has get to an extreme where we do not even see what is around us. Like if we were trapped in those little screens.

Is the video effective in conveying it's intended message? 
The video is definitely effective transmitting the message to people in every sense.

Do you feel that this is more of a cautionary story (a warning) or more of an examination of our current social situation?Why?
I think that the video represents a very close reality of the society in general, because nowadays like the video shows, we are constantly checking our phones for any reason, some of the times people do not even pay attention of what another person is telling for being in the phone.
We are so immersed in those devices that we are starting to lose the real sense of what life is about.
